Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (8-1/4"), Cucumber - With peel, raw
  • 1 head large, Lettuce, iceberg (includes crisphead types), raw
  • 1 large Egg, whole, cooked, fried
  • 1 medium Carrots, raw
  • 2.25 cup ground, Nuts, almonds

Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce, carrots, cucumber under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Chop the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Peel and grate the carrot.
  4. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
