Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (8-1/4"), Cucumber - With peel, raw
- 1 head large, Lettuce, iceberg (includes crisphead types), raw
- 1 large Egg, whole, cooked, fried
- 1 medium Carrots, raw
- 2.25 cup ground, Nuts, almonds
Instructions
- Wash the lettuce, carrots, cucumber under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Chop the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- Peel and grate the carrot.
- Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
