Yellow Zucchini Pesto Past

Ingredients

  • 0.50 cup Penne Pasta
  • 15 g Original Cream Cheese
  • 30 g Pesto
  • 50 g Broccoli
  • 50 g Cauliflower
  • 50 g Yellow Zucchini

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; chop the broccoli, cauliflower, and yellow zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Steam the broccoli and cauliflower for about 5 minutes, or until tender yet crisp.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped yellow zucchini for about 7 minutes, or until it begins to soften.
  4. Reduce the heat to low, add the cooked pasta, steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and pesto to the skillet with the zucchini. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring until everything is well combined and heated through.
  5. Stir in the cream cheese until the pasta is evenly coated and creamy.
