Yellow Pepper With Sunflower Seeds

Ingredients

  • 126 g Yellow, Raw
  • 20 g Sunflower Seeds - Unsalted
  • 45 g Red Onion

Instructions

  1. Wash the yellow pepper and red onion under cold water.
  2. Dice the yellow pepper into small pieces, ensuring to remove the seeds and inner membrane.
  3. Thinly slice the red onion.
  4. In a pan over medium heat, lightly toast the sunflower seeds for about 3 minutes until they're golden and fragrant.
  5. Add the diced yellow pepper and sliced red onion to the pan, sautéing for about 8 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Combine the vegetables and toasted sunflower seeds in a salad bowl, tossing gently to mix.
