- 10 g Onion
- 3 g Garlic, raw
- 300 g Uncooked
- 50 g Tomatoes
Instructions
- First, prepare the ingredients: Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Set aside.
- In a pan, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and onion, cooking until they become fragrant and slightly translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they are soft, about 5 minutes.
- Cut the uncooked upo (bottle gourd) into bite-sized pieces and add them to the pan. Stir well to combine with the tomato mixture.
- Season with salt. Cover the pan and let it simmer until the upo is tender, approximately 10 minutes.
