Ingredients

  • 1 tsp(s) Salt
  • 10 g Onion
  • 3 g Garlic, raw
  • 300 g Uncooked
  • 50 g Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. First, prepare the ingredients: Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and onion, cooking until they become fragrant and slightly translucent, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they are soft, about 5 minutes.
  4. Cut the uncooked upo (bottle gourd) into bite-sized pieces and add them to the pan. Stir well to combine with the tomato mixture.
  5. Season with salt. Cover the pan and let it simmer until the upo is tender, approximately 10 minutes.
