Tortang Dulong

Ingredients

  • 10 g Garlic, raw
  • 15 g Onion
  • 3 medium Egg
  • 305 g Silverfish

Instructions

  1. Rinse the Silverfish under cold water until the water runs clear and let it drain.
  2. Finely chop the 15 grams of onion and mince the 10 grams of garlic.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the 3 medium eggs until well combined.
  4. Add the drained Silverfish, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the beaten eggs, gently stirring to ensure everything is evenly mixed.
  5. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly oil it.
  6. Spoon the Silverfish and egg mixture into the skillet, forming small patties. Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
