Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ground (2.3 g), Black Pepper - Ground
  • 15 g Passata - Tomato Puree(aus)
  • 156 g Brown Beech
  • 16 g Garlic, raw
  • 43 g Red Onion

Instructions

  1. Rinse the Brown Beech mushrooms under cold water and slice them.
  2. Mince the garlic and chop the red onion.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, sauté the garlic and red onion until they become translucent, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the sliced Brown Beech mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are soft and have released their moisture, about 8 minutes.
  5. Stir in the tomato puree, salt, and black pepper. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
