- 125 g Pork, fresh, ground, cooked
- 2 cup (4.7 oz) cooked, Cooked Penne Rigate
- 2 tbsp(s) Garlic Pepper Grinder
Instructions
- Start by chopping 1 cup of red onion and setting aside.
- Prepare 0.12 cup(s) of basil leaves by washing and roughly chopping them.
- Next, measure out 2 tablespoons of garlic pepper grinder.
- Cook 125 grams of fresh ground pork in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil water in a large pot and cook 2 cups (4.7 oz) of Penne Rigate according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- Slice 10 small tomatoes into halves.
- In a large skillet, sauté the chopped red onion with the prepared garlic pepper grinder over medium heat until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pork, halved tomatoes, and cooked Penne Rigate to the skillet. Stir well to combine. Let it cook for another 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped basil leaves. Serve warm.
