Tomato Alpine Penne Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 medium (110.7g), Medium Size
  • 1.50 cup Diced
  • 100 g Cheese
  • 2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 250 g Cooked Penne Rigate

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Rinse the cooked Penne Rigate under warm water and set aside. Dice the tomato and grate the cheese.
  2. Season the diced tomato with 2 tsp of salt and 2 tsp of pepper, mix well to ensure even distribution.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the seasoned diced tomato and cook until they soften, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked Penne Rigate to the skillet with the tomatoes and stir to combine. Heat through, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Turn off the heat and add the grated cheese over the pasta. Stir well until the cheese melts and coats the pasta evenly.
  6. Serve the Tomato Alpine Penne Pasta hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
