- 1 medium (110.7g), Medium Size
- 1.50 cup Diced
- 100 g Cheese
- 2 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 tsp Salt
- 250 g Cooked Penne Rigate
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Rinse the cooked Penne Rigate under warm water and set aside. Dice the tomato and grate the cheese.
- Season the diced tomato with 2 tsp of salt and 2 tsp of pepper, mix well to ensure even distribution.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the seasoned diced tomato and cook until they soften, about 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked Penne Rigate to the skillet with the tomatoes and stir to combine. Heat through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add the grated cheese over the pasta. Stir well until the cheese melts and coats the pasta evenly.
- Serve the Tomato Alpine Penne Pasta hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
