Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Black Pepper - Ground
  • 1.50 tsp(s) Salt
  • 13 g Garlic, raw
  • 2 g Ginger root - Raw
  • 26 g Red Onion
  • 565 g chicken

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Peel and finely dice the red onion. Peel and minced the fresh ginger. Peel and mince the garlic.
  2. Season the chicken with 1 tsp ground black pepper and 1.5 tsp(s) of salt, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, sear the seasoned chicken until it is golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add the diced red onion, minced garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add the browned chicken back into the skillet. Lower the heat and cover, allowing it to cook through, about 30 minutes.
  6. Uncover, increase the heat to medium and continue cooking until the exterior of the chicken is crispy, about 10 minutes.
