- 1 tsp Black Pepper - Ground
- 1.50 tsp(s) Salt
- 13 g Garlic, raw
- 2 g Ginger root - Raw
- 26 g Red Onion
- 565 g chicken
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Peel and finely dice the red onion. Peel and minced the fresh ginger. Peel and mince the garlic.
- Season the chicken with 1 tsp ground black pepper and 1.5 tsp(s) of salt, ensuring it's evenly coated.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sear the seasoned chicken until it is golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add the diced red onion, minced garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the browned chicken back into the skillet. Lower the heat and cover, allowing it to cook through, about 30 minutes.
- Uncover, increase the heat to medium and continue cooking until the exterior of the chicken is crispy, about 10 minutes.
