Ingredients
- 0.25 tsp Soy
- 1 tbsp Moringa - Pure Leaves
- 1 tsp ground, Spices, pepper, black
- 10 g Ginger root - Raw
- 150 g Tilapia Fresh
- 5 g Calamansi
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Peel and mince the ginger root. Squeeze the calamansi to get fresh juice. Rinse the tilapia under cold water and pat dry.
- Marinate the tilapia in a mixture of soy sauce, calamansi juice, minced ginger, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat and gently place the marinated tilapia in it, cooking for 4 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and golden brown.
- In the last minute of cooking, sprinkle the moringa leaves over the tilapia to lightly wilt them.
- Serve the tilapia hot, garnished with additional calamansi slices or moringa leaves if desired.
