Tilapia in Soy Ginger

Ingredients

  • 0.25 tsp Soy
  • 1 tbsp Moringa - Pure Leaves
  • 1 tsp ground, Spices, pepper, black
  • 10 g Ginger root - Raw
  • 150 g Tilapia Fresh
  • 5 g Calamansi

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Peel and mince the ginger root. Squeeze the calamansi to get fresh juice. Rinse the tilapia under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Marinate the tilapia in a mixture of soy sauce, calamansi juice, minced ginger, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat and gently place the marinated tilapia in it, cooking for 4 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and golden brown.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, sprinkle the moringa leaves over the tilapia to lightly wilt them.
  5. Serve the tilapia hot, garnished with additional calamansi slices or moringa leaves if desired.
