Ingredients

  • 1 tsp(s) Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp ground, Spices, pepper, black
  • 25 g Cheese - Parmesan, hard
  • 25 g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 25 g Tillamook
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 400 g Sashimi Tuna

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or pan on medium-high heat.
  2. Grate the mozzarella, Tillamook, and parmesan cheese. Set aside.
  3. Season the sashimi tuna generously with ground black pepper.
  4. Coat both sides of the tuna steak with virgin coconut oil.
  5. Place the tuna steak on the grill or pan. Cook for 3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the time depending on your preferred level of doneness.
  6. In the last minute of cooking, evenly sprinkle the grated cheeses over the tuna steak, allowing them to melt.
  7. Remove the tuna steak from the heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
  8. Drizzle fresh squeezed lemon juice over the top before serving.
