Ingredients
- 1 tsp(s) Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp ground, Spices, pepper, black
- 25 g Cheese - Parmesan, hard
- 25 g Mozzarella Cheese
- 25 g Tillamook
- 3 tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 400 g Sashimi Tuna
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or pan on medium-high heat.
- Grate the mozzarella, Tillamook, and parmesan cheese. Set aside.
- Season the sashimi tuna generously with ground black pepper.
- Coat both sides of the tuna steak with virgin coconut oil.
- Place the tuna steak on the grill or pan. Cook for 3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the time depending on your preferred level of doneness.
- In the last minute of cooking, evenly sprinkle the grated cheeses over the tuna steak, allowing them to melt.
- Remove the tuna steak from the heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
- Drizzle fresh squeezed lemon juice over the top before serving.
