Sweet Style Carrot Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 0.75 cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 cup Spiralized Carrot Noodles
  • 100 g beef
  • 2 tablespoon Cheese - Parmesan, grated
  • 2 tbsp(s) Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce

Instructions

  1. Begin by spiralizing 1 cup of carrots into noodles. Set aside.
  2. Dice 0.75 cup of red onion.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, cook 100 grams of beef until browned, approximately 10 minutes.
  4. Add the diced red onion to the beef, and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in 2 tablespoons of tomato & basil pasta sauce with the beef and onion, stir well, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Combine the beef mixture with the spiralized carrot noodles. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated.
  7. Serve the carrot spaghetti topped with 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.
