Ingredients
- 0.75 cup Chopped Red Onion
- 1 cup Spiralized Carrot Noodles
- 100 g beef
- 2 tablespoon Cheese - Parmesan, grated
- 2 tbsp(s) Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
Instructions
- Begin by spiralizing 1 cup of carrots into noodles. Set aside.
- Dice 0.75 cup of red onion.
- In a pan over medium heat, cook 100 grams of beef until browned, approximately 10 minutes.
- Add the diced red onion to the beef, and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Mix in 2 tablespoons of tomato & basil pasta sauce with the beef and onion, stir well, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine the beef mixture with the spiralized carrot noodles. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated.
- Serve the carrot spaghetti topped with 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.
