Ingredients
- 0.33 medium Carrots, raw
- 1 cup Chopped, Red Onion
- 1 tbsp Cane Vinegar
- 1 cup Parsley, fresh
- 120 g Beef Sukiyaki Meat
- 25 g Enoki Mushroom
- 50 g Yakiniku (Beef Tips)
- 7 spears Steamable Asparagus Spears
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: slice the beef Sukiyaki meat into thin strips, chop the red onion and parsley, thinly slice the carrot, and trim the ends off the enoki mushroom and asparagus spears.
- Marinate the beef strips in cane vinegar for at least 15 minutes.
- In a pan over medium heat, add the marinated beef strips and cook for 5 minutes until browned and almost cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the onions and carrots for about 3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the steamable asparagus spears and enoki mushrooms to the pan, and cook for another 3 minutes, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Return the cooked beef to the pan, add the chopped parsley, and toss everything together. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to reheat the beef and combine the flavors.
- Serve the steak with the asparagus, carrot and enoki mushroom while hot. Enjoy your nutrient-packed, healthified meal.
