Ingredients

  • 0.33 medium Carrots, raw
  • 1 cup Chopped, Red Onion
  • 1 tbsp Cane Vinegar
  • 1 cup Parsley, fresh
  • 120 g Beef Sukiyaki Meat
  • 25 g Enoki Mushroom
  • 50 g Yakiniku (Beef Tips)
  • 7 spears Steamable Asparagus Spears

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: slice the beef Sukiyaki meat into thin strips, chop the red onion and parsley, thinly slice the carrot, and trim the ends off the enoki mushroom and asparagus spears.
  2. Marinate the beef strips in cane vinegar for at least 15 minutes.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, add the marinated beef strips and cook for 5 minutes until browned and almost cooked through. Set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté the onions and carrots for about 3 minutes until they start to soften.
  5. Add the steamable asparagus spears and enoki mushrooms to the pan, and cook for another 3 minutes, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  6. Return the cooked beef to the pan, add the chopped parsley, and toss everything together. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to reheat the beef and combine the flavors.
  7. Serve the steak with the asparagus, carrot and enoki mushroom while hot. Enjoy your nutrient-packed, healthified meal.
