Ingredients
- 0.25 cup ( 8 oz--250 ml ), Ice Cold Water
- 0.25 cup Non-Fat
- 0.50 cup Quick Cook Oats
- 1 banana (101g), Medium 6"
- 1 packet Sugar Substitute
- 2 large Egg, whole, cooked, fried
- 8 slice (70 g), Whole Wheat Bread
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the sugar substitute, Quick Cook Oats, and Non-Fat milk until well blended.
- Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
- Fry the eggs to your liking, preferably using a non-stick pan to minimize the need for added fats.
- Toast the whole wheat bread slices until they're golden and crispy.
- Assemble the toast by spreading the oat mixture on the toasted bread, add a layer of fried egg and top with banana slices.
- Drizzle ice cold water over the assembled toast for added freshness.
