- 0.50 cup Quick Cook Oats
- 1 large egg (50g), Egg
- 2 packet Sugar Substitute
- 4 slice (70 g), Whole Wheat Bread
- 4 tbsp(s) Milk powder

- Stir in the quick cook oats and sugar substitute into the mixture, ensuring everything is evenly distributed.
