Ingredients

  • 0.50 cup ( 8 oz--250 ml ), Ice Cold Water
  • 0.50 cup Quick Cook Oats
  • 1 large egg (50g), Egg
  • 2 packet Sugar Substitute
  • 4 slice (70 g), Whole Wheat Bread
  • 4 tbsp(s) Milk powder

Instructions

  1. Whisk the large egg in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add milk powder and ice cold water to the egg and continue to whisk until the mixture is well combined.
  3. Stir in the quick cook oats and sugar substitute into the mixture, ensuring everything is evenly distributed.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet or pan over medium heat.
  5. Soak each slice of whole wheat bread in the mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated.
  6. Cook the soaked bread slices on the preheated skillet for about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
