Sky-High Fiber Honey Toast

Ingredients

  • 0.50 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 large Egg
  • 4 slice (40g), Sugar Free 100% Whole Wheat Bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, beat the eggs thoroughly.
  3. In another bowl, mix the rolled oats with the beaten eggs until well combined.
  4. Lay the sugar-free whole wheat bread slices on a baking tray.
  5. Spread the oats and egg mixture evenly over the bread slices.
  6. Drizzle honey over each bread slice.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and slightly crisp.
