Shirataki Cashew Pesto

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Almond Milk - Vanilla - Unsweetened
  • 0.25 package Shirataki Noodles
  • 2 tbs Pesto Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cashews
  • 3 tbsp(s) Cream Cheese Fluff (Keto)

Instructions

  1. Soak cashews in hot water for 20 minutes, then drain.
  2. Rinse shirataki noodles under cold water for 2 minutes then boil for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside to dry.
  3. In a blender, combine the cream cheese fluff, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, pesto sauce, and soaked cashews. Blend until smooth.
  4. Toss the shirataki noodles with the cashew pesto mixture until evenly coated.
