Sesame Soy Chicken Enoki Mushroom

Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.50 tbsp(s) Butter - Unsalted
  • 0.50 tbsp(s) Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried
  • 0.50 tsp ground, Spices, pepper, black
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Amino
  • 10 g Garlic, raw
  • 100 g (Golden Mushroom) Grams
  • 200 g chicken
  • 40 g Red Onion

Instructions

  1. Start by rinsing the Golden Mushroom under cold water and draining thoroughly.
  2. Dice the Red Onion and mince the Garlic.
  3. Cut the chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the Coconut Amino, ground Spices, pepper, black, Salt, and Sesame Seeds to create the marinade.
  5. Toss the chicken pieces in the marinade and let sit for at least 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  6. Melt the Butter in a large skillet over medium heat and add the diced Red Onion and minced Garlic. Sauté until they become translucent and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  7. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the marinated chicken to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 10 minutes.
  8. Finally, add the Golden Mushroom to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the flavors are well combined.
