- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.50 tbsp(s) Butter - Unsalted
- 0.50 tbsp(s) Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried
- 0.50 tsp ground, Spices, pepper, black
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Amino
- 10 g Garlic, raw
- 100 g (Golden Mushroom) Grams
- 200 g chicken
- 40 g Red Onion
Instructions
- Start by rinsing the Golden Mushroom under cold water and draining thoroughly.
- Dice the Red Onion and mince the Garlic.
- Cut the chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Coconut Amino, ground Spices, pepper, black, Salt, and Sesame Seeds to create the marinade.
- Toss the chicken pieces in the marinade and let sit for at least 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Melt the Butter in a large skillet over medium heat and add the diced Red Onion and minced Garlic. Sauté until they become translucent and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the marinated chicken to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 10 minutes.
- Finally, add the Golden Mushroom to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the flavors are well combined.
