Sayote Tops Bellpepper Steamed Scrambled Egg

Ingredients

  • 41 g Leaves - Steamed
  • 5 g Parsley, fresh
  • 6 g Eggs
  • 80 g Red

Instructions

  1. Chop the steamed sayote tops and red bell pepper into small pieces. Mince the parsley finely.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and ground pepper, and beat them until well mixed.
  3. Add the chopped sayote tops, bell pepper, and minced parsley to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  5. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, gently stirring occasionally, until the eggs are fully cooked but still soft and creamy.
