Sautéed Cabbage and Egg - Rice Alternative
A perfect blend of sautéed cabbage and fluffy eggs, seasoned for a simple yet delicious taste. Ideal for a light, healthy alternative to rice, ready to complement any dish.
Ingredients
- 500g cabbage
- 5 eggs
- 50g red onion
- 30g garlic
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
Steps
- Shred the cabbage, mince the garlic and onion
- In a bowl mix the egg
- In a pan, add in the butter then sauté the onion and garlic.
- Once the garlic turns slightly brown add in the shredded cabbage. Continue cooking until cabbage is soft and slightly golden brown.
- Add in the egg and continue mixing so that the egg will separate.
- Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy with your favorite viand.
