- 0.12 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Butter, salted
- 1 tsp ground, Spices, pepper, white
- 30 g Garlic
- 5 large Egg
- 50 g Red onion
- 500 g Green cabbage
Instructions
- Finely chop the green cabbage, dice the red onion, and mince the garlic.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.
- Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the diced red onion and minced garlic to the pan and sauté until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Increase the heat to medium-high, add the chopped cabbage to the pan, and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the cabbage is wilted and slightly golden.
- Reduce the heat to low, season the mixture with salt and white pepper, then pour the beaten eggs evenly over the cabbage. Let it cook without stirring for 3-5 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
- Gently stir to combine the eggs and cabbage mixture. Serve hot as a delicious and healthy rice alternative.
