Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Butter, salted
  • 1 tsp ground, Spices, pepper, white
  • 30 g Garlic
  • 5 large Egg
  • 50 g Red onion
  • 500 g Green cabbage

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the green cabbage, dice the red onion, and mince the garlic.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.
  3. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the diced red onion and minced garlic to the pan and sauté until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  5. Increase the heat to medium-high, add the chopped cabbage to the pan, and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the cabbage is wilted and slightly golden.
