Ingredients

  • 1 large White onion
  • 1 medium Egg
  • 1 medium Red onion
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Organic Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 medium , Tomato
  • 5 clove , Garlic

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the 3 medium tomatoes, 1 medium red onion, 1 large white onion, and mince the 5 cloves of garlic.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of organic olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic, sliced onions, and tomatoes in the pan until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
  4. Season the vegetable mixture with 1 tsp of ground black pepper and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine.
  5. Crack the medium egg into the pan and lightly scramble it with the vegetable mixture until the egg is fully cooked, about 3 minutes.
