- 1 medium Egg
- 1 medium Red onion
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Organic Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 3 medium , Tomato
- 5 clove , Garlic
Instructions
- Thinly slice the 3 medium tomatoes, 1 medium red onion, 1 large white onion, and mince the 5 cloves of garlic.
- Heat 1 tbsp of organic olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic, sliced onions, and tomatoes in the pan until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
