Ingredients

- 0.25 cup Ice Burg Lettuce
- 0.33 medium apple, Honey Crisp Apple
- 0.33 medium breast, Boiled Chicken Breast
- 1 large Egg, whole, cooked, hard-boiled
- 17.67 g Young Corn - Cut
- 47.50 g Baby Carrots 170g
Instructions
- Start by hard boiling the egg. Place the egg in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 9 minutes.
- While the egg is cooking, slice the red cabbage thinly and chop the honey crisp apple into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the boiled chicken breast and baby carrots into small pieces.
- Chop the ice burg lettuce into thin strips and slice the young corn.
- Once the egg is done, place it in cold water to cool before peeling and chopping it into pieces.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the sliced red cabbage, chopped apple, chicken breast, baby carrots, ice burg lettuce, young corn, and chopped egg.
