Raspberry Mango Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 0.50 cup Raspberries All Natural (Frozen
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seed
  • 1 tbsp whole, Seeds, flaxseed
  • 200 g Greek live yogurt
  • 50 g Mangos, raw

Instructions

  1. Place the Greek live yogurt into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the frozen raspberries, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and raw mango pieces to the bowl.
  3. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve the yogurt in a bowl or glass of your choice.
