Ingredients
- 12 g Garlic, raw
- 250 g Ham - Honey, smoked, cooked
- 300 g Carrots, raw
- 400 g Cabbage, raw
- 6 large Egg
- 70 g Red Onion
Instructions
- Rinse the cabbage and carrots under cold water, then chop the cabbage and dice the carrots.
- Peel and thinly slice the red onion. Mince the garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sliced onion and minced garlic for about 3 minutes, until softened.
- Add the chopped cabbage and diced carrots to the skillet. Stir occasionally, cooking for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- While the vegetables are cooking, boil the eggs in a separate pot for 7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs, or 10 minutes for hard-boiled. Once cooked, remove from heat, cool in cold water, peel and set aside.
- Cut the ham into bite-sized pieces and add to the skillet with the vegetables. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Slice the boiled eggs in half and serve on top of the ham and vegetable mixture.
