- 300 g, Pork - Fresh, loin, tenderloin, cooked, broiled
- 1 tbsp, Coconut Milk Powder
- 0.25 cup grated, Carrots
- 1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia), Potato
Steps
- Prepare your ingredients: thinly slice 0.50 medium Red onion, mince 0.50 liter(s) Garlic, grate 0.25 cup of Carrots, and cube 1 small Potato.
- In a pan over medium heat, sauté the sliced red onion and minced garlic until they are soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Add 300g of cooked, broiled pork tenderloin to the pan, mixing it with the onions and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes to brown slightly.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of curry powder until the pork is evenly coated.
- Mix in the grated carrots and cubed potato, then add enough water to cover the ingredients. Bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat and simmer until the potato is tender, about 15 minutes.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of liver spread and 1 tablespoon of coconut milk powder until fully incorporated. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
