Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Fish oil, salmon
  • 10 g Garlic, raw
  • 190 g Adlai Rice (Job's Tears)
  • 2 tbsp Pesto Sauce (Updated)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 93 g Yellow, Raw

Instructions

  1. Rinse the Adlai Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the Adlai Rice according to package instructions until tender, about 20 minutes, then set aside.
  3. Dice the yellow carrot and mince the garlic.
  4. In a pan, heat the fish oil over medium heat and sauté the diced carrot and minced garlic until they're softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Combine the cooked Adlai Rice with the carrot and garlic mixture. Stir in the pesto sauce and fresh squeezed lemon juice until well combined.
