- 1 tbsp Fish oil, salmon
- 10 g Garlic, raw
- 190 g Adlai Rice (Job's Tears)
- 2 tbsp Pesto Sauce (Updated)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 93 g Yellow, Raw
Instructions
- Rinse the Adlai Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the Adlai Rice according to package instructions until tender, about 20 minutes, then set aside.
- Dice the yellow carrot and mince the garlic.
- In a pan, heat the fish oil over medium heat and sauté the diced carrot and minced garlic until they're softened, about 5 minutes.
- Combine the cooked Adlai Rice with the carrot and garlic mixture. Stir in the pesto sauce and fresh squeezed lemon juice until well combined.
