- 1 tsp (5g) (1/2 tsp= clove), Spice World
- 3 tsp ground (2.3 g), Black Pepper - Ground
- 310 g Boneless Milkfish (Bangus)
Instructions
- Prepare the Boneless Milkfish (Bangus) by rinsing it under cold water and patting it dry with paper towels.
- Season the Bangus with 3 tsp of ground black pepper and 1 tsp of minced garlic (Spice World). Ensure it's evenly coated on all sides.
- Preheat your grill pan over medium heat. Once heated, place the seasoned Bangus on the grill.
- Grill the Bangus for about 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and the skin is crisp.
- Remove the Bangus from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
