Pan Grilled Bangus

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp (5g) (1/2 tsp= clove), Spice World
  • 3 tsp ground (2.3 g), Black Pepper - Ground
  • 310 g Boneless Milkfish (Bangus)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Boneless Milkfish (Bangus) by rinsing it under cold water and patting it dry with paper towels.
  2. Season the Bangus with 3 tsp of ground black pepper and 1 tsp of minced garlic (Spice World). Ensure it's evenly coated on all sides.
  3. Preheat your grill pan over medium heat. Once heated, place the seasoned Bangus on the grill.
  4. Grill the Bangus for about 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and the skin is crisp.
  5. Remove the Bangus from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
