Ingredients
- 3 tps Coconut Aminos
- 300 g Oranges, raw, navels
- 500 g Salmon Tail
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the salmon tail under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Peel the oranges and segment them over a bowl to catch the juice. Squeeze the remaining membrane to extract all the juice.
- In a small bowl, mix the coconut aminos with half of the orange juice.
- Place the salmon tail in a baking dish and pour the coconut aminos and orange juice mixture over it, ensuring it's well-coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, about 20-25 minutes.
- Serve the salmon with the remaining orange segments and drizzle with the sauce from the baking dish.
