Omega-3 Infused Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 118 g Asparagus - Raw
  • 2 tsp Fish oil, salmon

Instructions

  1. Trim the woody ends off the asparagus.
  2. Rinse the asparagus under cold water to remove any dirt or sediment.
  3. Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the asparagus for 2-3 minutes until vibrant and slightly tender.
  4. Drain the asparagus and immediately plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process.
  5. Pat the asparagus dry with paper towels.
  6. Drizzle the fish oil over the asparagus and toss to evenly coat.
  7. Serve the Omega-3 Infused Asparagus as a nutritious side dish.
