Instructions
- Crack the large egg into a bowl and whisk thoroughly.
- Add 1 tsp of honey to the egg and continue to whisk until well combined.
- Dip each slice of sugar free wheat bread into the egg mixture, making sure both sides are well coated.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place the bread slices on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
