Ingredients
- 0.50 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic, raw
- 15 g Passata
- 200 g Brown Beech Mushroom
- 45 g Red Onion
- 50 g Capsicum - Green
- 50 g Sweet, Capsicum, Orange, Raw 100g
- 50 g Yellow, Raw
- 50 g Smoked Salmon Cuts
Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables by dicing the red onion, capsicum (green, yellow, and orange), and slicing the brown beech mushrooms.
- Mince the garlic.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add the passata, diced vegetables, minced garlic, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Let the sauce simmer on low heat until the vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
- While the sauce simmers, slice the smoked salmon cuts into smaller pieces.
- Once the vegetables are tender, add the sliced smoked salmon to the sauce. Stir gently and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
