Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Garlic, raw
  • 15 g Passata
  • 200 g Brown Beech Mushroom
  • 45 g Red Onion
  • 50 g Capsicum - Green
  • 50 g Sweet, Capsicum, Orange, Raw 100g
  • 50 g Yellow, Raw
  • 50 g Smoked Salmon Cuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables by dicing the red onion, capsicum (green, yellow, and orange), and slicing the brown beech mushrooms.
  2. Mince the garlic.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the passata, diced vegetables, minced garlic, and salt. Stir well to combine.
  4. Let the sauce simmer on low heat until the vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
  5. While the sauce simmers, slice the smoked salmon cuts into smaller pieces.
