Ingredients
- 1 tsp Black Pepper - Ground
- 1 tsp Garlic, raw
- 1 tsp Spices, marjoram, dried
- 1 tsp ground, Spices, tarragon, dried
- 1.50 tsp(s) Salt
- 104 g Red
- 122 g (3.5 oz.), White Beech Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp(s) Tomato Puree
- 300 g Ground Beef
- 53 g Red Onion
- 64 g Capsicum - Green
Instructions
- Prep the vegetables by dicing the red and green capsicum, chopping the white beech mushrooms, and finely chopping the red onion.
- Mince the garlic.
- In a frying pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and no longer pink, about 8 minutes.
- Add the diced red and green capsicum, chopped mushrooms, and finely chopped red onion to the pan. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
- Stir in the tomato puree, salt, black pepper, marjoram, tarragon, and minced garlic. Cook for another 7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve warm over your choice of pasta or zoodles.
