Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Black Pepper - Ground
  • 1 tsp Garlic, raw
  • 1 tsp Spices, marjoram, dried
  • 1 tsp ground, Spices, tarragon, dried
  • 1.50 tsp(s) Salt
  • 104 g Red
  • 122 g (3.5 oz.), White Beech Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp(s) Tomato Puree
  • 300 g Ground Beef
  • 53 g Red Onion
  • 64 g Capsicum - Green

Instructions

  1. Prep the vegetables by dicing the red and green capsicum, chopping the white beech mushrooms, and finely chopping the red onion.
  2. Mince the garlic.
  3. In a frying pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and no longer pink, about 8 minutes.
  4. Add the diced red and green capsicum, chopped mushrooms, and finely chopped red onion to the pan. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
  5. Stir in the tomato puree, salt, black pepper, marjoram, tarragon, and minced garlic. Cook for another 7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve warm over your choice of pasta or zoodles.
