Ingredients

  • 0.50 cup Mango
  • 1 large Egg, whole, cooked, hard-boiled

  • 3 stick Imitation crab
  • 350 g Cucumber

Instructions

  1. Peel and thinly slice the cucumber.
  2. Peel the mango and cut it into small cubes.
  3. Julienne the baby carrots.
  4. Chop the hard-boiled egg into small pieces.
  5. Cut the imitation crab into bite-size pieces.
  6. Chop the almonds coarsely.
