Ingredients

  • 0.50 g Onion
  • 0.50 medium Tomato
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 scallops Scallops Large 6 Scallops
  • 113 g Shrimp
  • 3 cup (3 oz), Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Rinse the scallops and shrimp under cold water and pat them dry.
  2. Boil the egg until hard-boiled, then cool, peel and slice.
  3. Chop the lettuce, dice the onion, and slice the tomato.
  4. In a pan, sear the scallops over medium-high heat until golden brown on each side, about 2 minutes per side.
  5. In the same pan, cook the shrimp until they are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Assemble the salad by placing the lettuce in a large bowl. Top with the cooked scallops, shrimp, sliced egg, diced onion, and tomato slices.
  7. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
