Ingredients
- 0.50 g Onion
- 0.50 medium Tomato
- 1 large Egg
- 1 scallops Scallops Large 6 Scallops
- 113 g Shrimp
- 3 cup (3 oz), Lettuce
Instructions
- Rinse the scallops and shrimp under cold water and pat them dry.
- Boil the egg until hard-boiled, then cool, peel and slice.
- Chop the lettuce, dice the onion, and slice the tomato.
- In a pan, sear the scallops over medium-high heat until golden brown on each side, about 2 minutes per side.
- In the same pan, cook the shrimp until they are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble the salad by placing the lettuce in a large bowl. Top with the cooked scallops, shrimp, sliced egg, diced onion, and tomato slices.
- Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
