Mashed Sweet Potato

Ingredients

  • 10 g Cheese - Parmesan, shredded
  • 300 g Sweet Potato

Instructions

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into chunks.
  2. Place the chunks into a pot and cover with water.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium and simmer until tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  5. Mash the sweet potatoes until smooth.
  6. Stir in the shredded Parmesan cheese until well combined and cheese is melted.
