- 10 g Cheese - Parmesan, shredded
- 300 g Sweet Potato
Instructions
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into chunks.
- Place the chunks into a pot and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium and simmer until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Mash the sweet potatoes until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded Parmesan cheese until well combined and cheese is melted.
