Ingredients

  • 111 g Cucumber
  • 138 g Mango
  • 153 g Yellow, Raw
  • 253 g Tomatoes
  • 4 Tbsp; 15 mL, Cane Vinegar
  • 57 g Red Onion

Instructions

  1. Chop the tomatoes, dice the yellow pepper and red onion, and peel and cube the cucumber and mango.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, diced yellow pepper, cubed cucumber, cubed mango, and sliced red onion.
  3. Drizzle the salad with 4 tablespoons of cane vinegar and toss well to coat all the ingredients evenly.
  4. Allow the salad to marinate for at least 15 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
