Low Cal Refreshing Salad

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup (120g) drained, Young Corn - Cut
  • 0.50 cucumber (8-1/4"), Cucumber - With peel, raw
  • 0.50 cup Ice Burg Lettuce
  • 1 large egg, Egg Hard Boiled Large
  • 1 medium Carrots, raw
  • 2 sticks (86 g), Ichiban Alaskan Crab Flavored
  • 6 almond Nuts, almonds

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the carrot.
  2. Wash and chop the Ice Burg Lettuce.
  3. Peel and slice the cucumber.
  4. Roughly chop the almonds.
  5. Slice the Ichiban Alaskan Crab Flavored sticks.
  6. Drain and slice the young corn.
  7. Slice the hard-boiled egg.
  8. In a large salad bowl, combine the sliced carrot, chopped lettuce, sliced cucumber, chopped almonds, sliced crab flavored sticks, sliced young corn, and sliced hard-boiled egg. Toss gently to mix.
