Ingredients
- 600g Boneless Chicken Thighs with Skin
- 1 whole lemon cut in half
- 1 tbsp Panda Express Orange Sauce
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 35g unsalted butter
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 sachets of stevia
Steps
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, ground pepper, thyme, garlic granules, and 1/2 lemon freshly squeezed. Set aside for 10-15min
- On a pan, melt the butter then add the chicken skin side first. Cook for 3-4 minutes each side. Don’t throw the marinade.
- Once the chicken is cooked remove it from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the cornstarch and about 1/2 cup of water. Continuously mix it in low heat
- Slice the other half of the lemon thinly and add it to the pan. Mix for about 2 minutes or until the sauce gets a little bit thicker
- Pour the sauce into the chicken thighs and enjoy!
