Ingredients
- 1 container (385,00 g), Full cream condensed milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 370 ml Evaporated Filled Milk
- 4 fluid ounce, Cheese, cream
- 5 large Egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Start by separating the yolks from the whites of 5 large eggs.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the egg yolks, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 4 fluid ounces of cream cheese, 370 ml of evaporated filled milk, and one container of full cream condensed milk until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a caramel-lined flan mold.
- Cover the flan mold with aluminum foil and place in a larger baking pan half-filled with hot water (bain-marie technique).
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until set.
- Remove from oven and let cool before refrigerating. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
