Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
- 1 tsp Spices, marjoram, dried
- 103 g Yellow, Raw
- 150 g Adlai Rice (Job's Tears)
- 150 g Kimchi
- 290 g Beef Sukiyaki Meat
- 3 medium Egg
- 45 g Red
- 50 g Spinach - Raw
- 6 g Garlic, raw
- 80 g Red Onion
Instructions
- Slice the beef sukiyaki meat into thin strips.
- Dice the red onion.
- Rinse the spinach and tear into bite-sized pieces.
- Dice the yellow bell pepper.
- Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips.
- Mince the garlic.
- Rinse the Adlai Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the Adlai Rice according to package instructions until tender, then set aside. - 20 minutes
- In a skillet, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the beef sukiyaki meat and cook until browned. Remove and set aside. - 10 minutes
- In the same skillet, add the diced onions, garlic, and both yellow and red bell peppers. Sauté until they are softened. - 5 minutes
- Beat the eggs and pour them into the skillet, cooking until they are set. - 5 minutes
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Add the cooked Adlai Rice, kimchi, spinach, salt, pepper, and marjoram. Stir until well combined and heated through. - 5 minutes
