Ingredients

  • 0.50 slice or wedge, Lemon
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 piece Almond Cauliflower Pita
  • 2 slice Salami, beef
  • 5 g Roman Garlic Spread
  • 5 g Spread

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Slice the lemon into wedges, cut the salami slices if not already done, measure the Roman garlic spread, and crack the egg into a bowl.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Toast the almond cauliflower pita in the pan until crisp, about 2 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the pita and add a little oil or butter to the pan. Cook the egg to your preference, about 3-4 minutes for a runny yolk or 5-6 minutes for fully set.
  5. Spread the Roman garlic spread evenly over the toasted almond cauliflower pita.
  6. Top the spread with salami slices.
  7. Once the egg is cooked to your liking, place it on top of the salami.
  8. Squeeze the lemon wedge over the egg and pita for added zest. Serve immediately.
