- 0.50 slice or wedge, Lemon
- 1 large Egg
- 2 piece Almond Cauliflower Pita
- 2 slice Salami, beef
- 5 g Roman Garlic Spread
- 5 g Spread
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Slice the lemon into wedges, cut the salami slices if not already done, measure the Roman garlic spread, and crack the egg into a bowl.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Toast the almond cauliflower pita in the pan until crisp, about 2 minutes per side.
- Remove the pita and add a little oil or butter to the pan. Cook the egg to your preference, about 3-4 minutes for a runny yolk or 5-6 minutes for fully set.
- Spread the Roman garlic spread evenly over the toasted almond cauliflower pita.
- Top the spread with salami slices.
- Once the egg is cooked to your liking, place it on top of the salami.
- Squeeze the lemon wedge over the egg and pita for added zest. Serve immediately.
