Ingredients

- 1 cup (72gm), Ice Berg Lettuce
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise Lite
- 1.50 oz Chicken Breast (Grilled)
- 100 g Pomelo (1 Fruit = 200 g Environ)
- 2 wedge Cream Cheese Wedge
- 23.25 g All Bran - Regular
Instructions
- Season the chicken breast with salt and white pepper.
- Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked and juicy, about 10-12 minutes on medium heat.
- While the chicken is grilling, wash and chop the Ice Berg Lettuce and set aside.
- Peel and segment the pomelo, ensuring to remove as much of the white pith as possible.
- In a small bowl, mix the Mayonnaise Lite, Cream Cheese Wedge, and a dash of salt and pepper to create the honey mustard dressing.
- Slice the grilled chicken breast into thin strips.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the Ice Berg Lettuce, pomelo segments, All Bran, and sliced grilled chicken.
