  • 416 g Beef Brisket Yakiniku
  • 42 g Garlic, raw
  • 5 g Coco Sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel and mince the garlic.
  2. Peel and spiralize the carrots into noodle shapes.
  3. Season the beef brisket yakiniku with the minced garlic and black pepper.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the seasoned beef for about 10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add the spiralized carrot pasta and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still firm to the bite.
  7. Return the beef to the skillet with the carrot pasta. Sprinkle with coco sugar and drizzle with honey. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring to combine all the flavors.
